Leader Product Manager
The Leader Product Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the platform, proactively identifying and addressing potential operational issues before they impact users. Acting as the primary liaison between the technical team and the business, the Leader Product Manager will oversee the use of monitoring tools to track the accurate creation of database records and ensure timely escalation to the technical team when required. Additionally, they will provide strategic guidance as the central point of contact for resolving all technical issues encountered by the Canadian business staff.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Discovery & Delivery
- Lead the collection and prioritization of work items for the technical team by engaging directly with customers, analyzing reported defects, and staying ahead of market trends and competitor developments.
- Drive the team to identify opportunities for improvement through advanced product analysis tools and by monitoring how users interact with the platform.
- Oversee the maintenance of a high-performing development lifecycle by ensuring timely delivery of new features and improvements through cataloging and prioritization of work products.
2. Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and communicate a long-term product strategy informed by in-depth analysis of market conditions, customer needs, and competitor positioning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Own the product feature roadmap, setting measurable goals for each iteration and comparing outcomes against initial projections.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of the market, intuitively identifying key drivers of customer success, and articulating a clear vision for the product's future.
3. Ongoing Monitoring
- Lead operational monitoring efforts through tools like Jagear, Tableau, and API integration workflows to detect and address issues swiftly, minimizing disruption.
- Ensure consistent oversight of operations dashboards and database monitoring to maintain platform integrity.
4. Product Communication
- Establish and maintain a clear communication strategy, providing weekly updates to internal stakeholders and addressing implementation challenges faced by platform participants.
- Lead the creation of supporting materials for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication of platform changes and new features.
5. Product Revenue Growth
- Identify and resolve product deficiencies while collaborating with customer acquisition teams to boost customer acquisition rates and revenue growth.
- Actively prioritize revenue-impacting initiatives, ensuring a measurable increase in incremental revenue.
6. Coordinating Fixes
- Strategically triage and resolve platform issues by narrowing down root causes, collaborating with support and architecture teams, and implementing preventative measures.
- Champion cross-team collaboration to address process-driven issues and implement database solutions when necessary.
