Key Responsibilities
Implementation and Configuration: Be able to architect solutions, identify and champion best practices, mentor the Payless IT team, configure and customize. Must be able to do the technical development as well as teach others.
Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Configure and customize modules according to business requirements.
Integration:
Work with SAP BTP for integrating S/4HANA with other SAP solutions and third-party applications, utilizing SAP Cloud Integration, APIs, and data services. Strong experience in BTP integrations, utilizing SAP cloud Integration, API’s and data services.
Data Management:
Engage in data migration activities, using tools like SAP Data Services to facilitate the transfer of data to S/4HANA. Data Migration experience, migrating to SAP S/4 HANA.
User Training and Support:
Provide end-user training and ongoing support, ensuring users can operate the system effectively. Ability to communicate, explain to a non-technical audience.
Process Optimization:
Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements based on best practices and knowledge of SAP functionalities.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment of business goals with technology solutions.
Required SkillsTechnical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP BTP services like SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics Cloud. (SAP S/4 HANA public or private cloud preferred over on-premise.)
- Understanding of SAP Fiori for developing user-friendly applications.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing).
Functional Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of business processes related to the specific modules or industries (e.g., supply chain, finance).English proficiency is minimum B2, preferred higher but would consider B1 if the candidate strongly matches or exceeds job description.
