We are seeking Sales support Analyst 🔎
Responsible for providing support to the Sales team during the whole sales lifecycle: from lead to opportunity to deal. Main deliverables are static sales material (decks, rate cards, etc.); dynamic sales material (such as proposals); and contracts. Additionally, the sales support area provides other areas with useful information regarding the sales process and the deals.
Technical Skills:
- Advanced English level.
- HubSpot knowledge (Sales Module).
- Knowledge of advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
- Proficient in Google tools (Docs, Sheets) or similar suites.
- Tech knowledge and industry experience are a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Aesthetic criteria (Photoshop or Illustrator skills desirable).
- Ability to understand and make basic adjustments to contracts based on templates, with manager or legal supervision.
Responsabilities:
- Compose high-quality proposals and sales materials under supervision.
- Lead of a sales support sub-area
- Build metrics and dashboards.
- Start analyzing basic metrics and dashboards under guidance, learning to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare contracts using templates, and provide input on basic contract adjustments under the supervision of a manager or legal advisor.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams in proposal composition.
- If needed, participate in client interviews to gather information.
- Personalize and deliver templated sales material.
- Maintain an organized document base of sales material.
- Interface with other areas for information synchronization.
- Mentor Junior team members in developing proposal creation skills, understanding contract management and reporting.
- Identify and suggest basic improvements in tools and processes, contributing to the team's overall efficiency.
