We are seeking a Sr SDET with at least 5 years of software development experience in building software testing tools and test automation frameworks. We are looking for a senior, highly technical and customer focused candidate. The ideal candidate will be a force multiplier for the engineering team who thrives in team settings and is motivated by creating success all around them through strong communication, shipping great tooling experiences, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Build test tooling that significantly reduces feedback loop time for developers and quality engineers
- Build and enhance various test automation frameworks – UI tests, Unit tests API tests, Performance/ Load tests
- Build test utilities to reduce time take to perform manual test and UAT
- Enhance automated validation capabilities in our CI/CD pipelines
- Be a force multiplier to help developers shift testing left
- Help adopt best practices to improve code quality
- Collaborate with product, design, information security and business team members to quickly grasp domain knowledge.
- Develop concise, articulate, and detailed documentation

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 5 years software engineering experience)
- 5+ years of software development experience building software tools, frameworks, products
- Experience in leading tooling efforts for internet applications
- Expertise in test automation on UI, API, Performance
- Strong experience in building Test Automation frameworks – Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Pact, Jmeter or similar tools.

- Experience advising development teams on various test solutions
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines
- Fintech or Financial services industry experience
- Experience mentoring junior software engineers

- Experience at high-growth, venture-backed startups
- Experience developing with Typescript, Dotnet and Node a big plus
