The Continuous Improvement Salesforce Lead Engineer will be responsible for optimizing Salesforce ecosystem functionalities and integrations, enhancing user experiences, and driving process improvements that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in Salesforce and surrounding platforms such as SAP and Integration Middleware to identify opportunities for optimization, implement solutions, and support ongoing system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and document existing Business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

- Design, implement, and manage process enhancements by collaborating with other teams working in a joint effort to address current pain points.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop efficient solutions.

- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of improvements.

- Provide training and support to different users / team members on new processes and features.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and best practices to continually enhance system functionalities.

- Create and maintain documentation related to processes, policies, and system configurations.

- Assist in managing Salesforce integrations with other business systems.

- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

- 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF), integrations, and developing and executing data migrations

- 3+ years of experience creating the technical architecture for complex Salesforce implementations

- 2+ years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects

- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent working experience (minimum 8 years)

- Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation

- Strong technical foundation including Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes, structured system analysis and design methods, etc

- Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, etc.

- Knowledge of sophisticated VisualForce components, including standard and custom REST or SOAP API and other forms of integration such as Event Driven Architecture or Bulk API

- Experience customizing user experience with lightning web components, aura or other similar JavaScript frameworks (ex. react)

- Able to work in an agile environment and experience in designing workflow rules to carry out business processes

- Strong background in Cloud Computing solutions – cloud computing strategy, systems design, implementation and management

- Consulting experience with medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing related consulting (storage, SaaS, multi-tenant computing, large scalecomputing environments, etc.).

- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies

- Strong work ethic with a customer service focus

- Demonstrated consulting working experience; executive level sales support experience in consulting/professional services
