We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Lead Developer to be responsible for the development of Salesforce applications. In this role, you will be working with the client’s product team to help implement new features using salesforce technologies. 🔎
Responsibilities
• Can develop/ configure, test, deploy, and document features that are highly complex.
• Performs code reviews.
• Can provide technical direction to other senior developers in the team.
• Can work independently and deliver features using Apex and LWC (primarily) and configuration tools (when needed).
• Follows best practices and design principles when writing code.
• Writes Clean Code. Emphasizing readability and scalability.
• Tests code completely, using unit tests, mocks, etc.
• Has Good error-handling practices and excellent debugging skills.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Unblock other team members.
• Collaborate clearly and concisely with business stakeholders to define project scope and refine requirements.
• Active participation in team discussions.
• Can unblock themselves most of the time.
• Can communicate clearly and concisely with the project team.
Must have
• 7+ years of experience with OOP.
• 7+ Years experience with Apex (Triggers, Asynchronous Apex, etc).
• 5+ years of experience working with custom web services.
• 3+ years of experience with LWC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience refactoring codebases.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Experience with tracking project work in Jira or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with Source Control preferably Git.
• Has experience in working with monolithic legacy systems.
• Platform Developer 1 & Certifications and 2 Salesforce Architect Certifications.
• Ability to prioritize/manage multiple tasks and keep Jira tickets up to date.
Nice to have
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with Splunk dashboards to ID code signals and error logs.
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer Certification.
