We are seeking passionate Customer Support Specialist 🚀🔎

Overview

Are you a detail-oriented communicator with the ability to work on multiple tasks at once? Are you an accurate and efficient self-starter? We’re looking for a motivated, efficient, and communicative customer service representative that can manage both customer support and order processing/management.

This position would be ideal for someone that excels at delivering great customer service, can perform multiple tasks at once, and is looking to gain experience at an established brand name. Experience working in a small business environment is a plus. This is a work-from-home position that requires stable internet access and a distraction free work area.


What You’ll Do

• Answer phone calls, emails and chats from both customers and vendors

• Resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner, many times collaborating within our small team

• Facilitate order processing, including booking shipments, confirming stock levels and troubleshooting any issues

• Report to the operations/customer service manager

Who You Are

• Someone with exceptional customer service and multitasking skills

• An attentive and fast learner with strong organizational skills and exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Someone able to work remotely with stable internet access and a quiet/distraction free work environment

• Someone with experience in shipping and receiving

• (Preferred) 1+ years of customer service experience

• (Preferred) 1+ years of working via a computer and using common software such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, etc.
